We deliver across the UAE using cold-chain handling to keep your products frozen from our facility to your door. Dubai orders arrive within 24 hours; other emirates within 1–2 working days.
Delivery is free on orders above AED 100. Orders below AED 100 carry a delivery and service fee of AED 15.
Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery if the product is damaged, defective or wrong. Refunds go to the original payment method within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank. See our Shipping & Returns page.
Customers receive tracking information after dispatch.
