Shipping policy

We deliver our products within the United Arab Emirates only. We do not ship internationally.

How delivery works

Orders are packed in insulated, cold-chain packaging and delivered by our own delivery team or a third-party courier using temperature-controlled vehicles, so your frozen products arrive frozen.

Delivery time

Dubai: within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Other UAE emirates: 1–2 working days.

Delivery fees

Free delivery on orders above AED 100.
Orders below AED 100: delivery and service fee of AED 15.

Delivery fees are shown at checkout before payment. Please provide your full address and contact details to avoid any delivery delay.

Proof of delivery

On delivery, the customer is required to sign or confirm receipt of the goods to verify the completeness and quality of the order.

Multiple shipments

Multiple bookings / orders / shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder's monthly statement.

Payment Confirmation

Once the payment is made, an order confirmation and payment receipt will be sent to the email address provided at checkout immediately, and in any case within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
