Chicken & Prawn Wanton (200 Gms)

Chicken, prawn, wheat flour, cornflour, wheat starch, water chestnut, oyster sauce, egg, onion, sugar, garlic, corn starch, soy sauce, turmeric, salt, sesame, sunflower oil (non hydrogenated), black pepper.

Steaming Instructions:
Cook directly from frozen. Do not thaw. Line the steamer tray with butter paper or lightly grease with oil. Place the momos individually on the tray, leaving space between each piece. Steam in a preheated steamer for 8–10 minutes, or until thoroughly heated throughout.

Deep Frying Instructions: Fry directly from frozen. Do not thaw. Deep fry in preheated oil at 175–180°C for 4–5 minutes, or until golden brown, crispy, and thoroughly heated throughout
