Sugar, Chilli, Garlic , Tomato Green Chilli Peppers, Ginger ,
Coriander , Malt Vinegar , Spring Onions , Black Pepper , Monosodium Glutamate (E621).

Handling & Reheating Instructions
For best results, follow these preparation steps:
Thawing: For best results, thaw in a chiller (below 5°C) for 24 hours before use.

Reheating Methods
1.Oven: Heat the sauce in its container at 160 °C -165 °C for 8-12 minutes. Ensure the internal temperature reaches above 75 °C for a minimum of 30 seconds. Stir thoroughly for consistency.

2.Stovetop/Pan: Heat in a pan for 2-3 minutes, Ensure the internal temperature reaches above 75 °C for a minimum of 30 seconds.

3.Microwave Oven: Remove from the freezer and thaw for 15-20 minutes before heating. Microwave on full power for 2 minutes, stir properly with a spoon, and heat for an additional 2 minutes.
