Semolina flour, ricotta cheese (cow's milk), wheat flour, egg, fresh mushroom, olive oil, truffle paste, garlic, salt, black pepper

Handling/Cooking Instructions:
1.Cook directly from Frozen: No need to Thaw.
2.Add the product to the boiling water.
3.Cook for 3-4 minutes. Stir occasionally during cooking to avoid sticking. Ensure even heat distribution and product temperature is above 75 °C for a minimum of 30 seconds.
