Pan Fry (Recommended): Thaw the sausages in the refrigerator (0–5°C) before cooking. Remove from the packaging and place in a lightly oiled frying pan over medium heat. Cook for 4–6 minutes, turning frequently until evenly browned and heated through.
Ensure the product reaches an internal temperature of 75°C before serving. Serve hot.
