Veg Gyoza (225 Gms)

Wheat flour, sunflower oil, water chestnut, carrot, sweet potato, sesame oil, cabbage, edamame, onion, red pepper, soya, shitake mushroom, potato starch, coriander, garlic, ginger, salt

Oven: Do not thaw. Place the frozen gyoza in a steamer basket lined with baking paper or lightly greased to prevent sticking. Arrange in a single layer, leaving space between each piece. Steam over boiling water for 8–10 minutes, or until thoroughly heated and the internal temperature reaches 75°C. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Air fryer: Do not thaw. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Arrange the frozen gyoza in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each piece. Lightly spray or brush with oil if desired. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, turning halfway through cooking, until golden and thoroughly heated. Ensure the product reaches an internal temperature of 75°C before serving. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
