Wheat flour, Water, Salt, Wheat gluten, Pea, Potato Carrageenan (E407)(firming agent), Potassium carbonate (E501ii), Sodium (stabilizing agent) carbonate (E500i). (rising agent)

Handling and Cooking Instructions:
1.Cook directly from frozen. NO need to Thaw.
2. Preparation: Bring a pot to rolling boil and add the frozen noodles.
3. Cooking Time: Cook for 2-4 minutes.
4.Technique: Gently stir during the first few minutes to prevent sticking.
5. Safety requirement: Ensure the product temperature is above 75 °C.
